Feedback - animal therapies

Penny – Roxy (horse)

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the remarkable sessions you had with Roxy. Almost immediately, I noticed a profound change in her demeanour – she became more accepting and at ease with you, signalling a remarkable connection. Your ability to create an environment where Roxy felt truly at home and happy did not go unnoticed.

Moreover, your keen observation skills were evident when you pointed out the unusual energy/heat in Roxy’s hind left. It was fascinating to see your insights in action. Upon reviewing the videos of Roxy moving and jumping, it became clear that your diagnosis of stiffness was not only accurate but also supported by concrete evidence.

Penny – Ross (horse)

During Tracy’s initial assessment, she noted some unusual coldness in Ross’s fore hoof, despite him being stabled that night. Acting on Tracy’s recommendation, we scheduled a second visit, and in the interim, we decided to remove Ross’s front shoes. It’s remarkable how much happier Ross appears barefoot, and Tracy’s diagnosis was once again spot-on.

On Tracy’s second visit, the temperature in Ross’s hoof had returned to normal, reaffirming Tracy’s keen understanding of his well-being. Thank you, Tracy, for your expertise and the positive impact you’ve had on Ross’s overall happiness and health

Penny – Max (horse)

I would like to extend my appreciation once again to Tracy for her outstanding work, not only with Ross and Roxy my two competition horses, but also with my old horse Max. During Tracy’s initial visit on January 13th, while focusing on Ross and Roy, I took the opportunity to show her Max’s persistent skin issues that had baffled veterinarians for years.

I specifically asked if she could spare some time to assess Max. Tracy’s insight was invaluable, and she brought rosemary oil to address Max’s irritated skin. The immediate absorption of the oil into Max’s skin was astonishing to witness. What truly amazed me, however, was Max’s reaction. He was so appreciative of Tracy’s efforts that he literally nudged her, expressing a desire for her to continue even after she had stopped.
